striving to find new ways to get the message of Jesus Christ and his saving love out to current and prospective members. This

Leiper Presbyterian Church has been ministering to God's people in the Delaware Valley through the 1800's
and 1900's right up to the present time. Thousands of people have touched and been touched by our Church.
As part
of the church of Jesus Christ, we want everything we are and do as a congregation to grow out of the Bible's central message
and our core beliefs.
As a church we believe:
-- In one eternal God: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
-- In Jesus Christ, the living Head of the Church.
-- In the Bible as the Word of God, the trustworthy authority for our worship, faith and life.
-- In the Cross, on which Jesus gave his life to save the world from sin and extend eternal life to all who
believe.
-- In the Sacraments, through which we experience God's saving love, welcoming us into Christ's Church and sustaining
our relationship with him.
-- In our responsibility to assist one another in becoming faithful, growing Christians.
-- In Christ's call for us to reach out and invite others to share our faith in him.
-- In the Church as the Family of God, where we extend loving care to those inside the family, and also to others
in need.
-- In shared gifts and responsibilities as we join together to do the work of God, empowered by the Holy Spirit.
